Registration Information

• The registration deadline is 6th April 2009 EXTENDED until 15th May 2009.
• There is a strict limit on the number of participants at this meeting and the registration form constitutes an application for a place. On completion of the on-line form, participation will be confirmed by e-mail.
• There are two attendance options for this meeting:
  1. Students pay a £100 registration fee for the 3 days (20th-22nd July).
  2. Non-students pay a £150 registration fee for the 3 days (20th-22nd July).
• You will be asked to pay the registrtation fee only after you have been confirmed as a participant. Your final registration will not be complete until this fee has been received.
• The registration fee includes registration to the workshop together with all lunches and the workshop banquet.
