· Bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday, except in July and August when bookings are taken from Wednesday to Wednesday to avoid the worst traffic.

· At Christmas, New Year, Easter and school half-terms advanced bookings (more than a week before you arrive) must be for one week or more.

· The cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure

· Easter, May, June and September £500/week or £80/day for a minimum of 3 days

· For late bookings (less than a week before you would like to come to the cottage) then the cottage is offered at £50 per day (minimum 3 days) or £300 / week for Easter, Christmas, New Year and May to September; and £35 per day (minimum 3 days) or £200 / week from October to April.
